Conference Hotels

 

All rooms are $102.00 plus 2.25% lodging tax per night with tax exempt certificate provided (for sales tax exemption only) Total: $104.30.

 

TSA has a block of 303 sleeping rooms on reserve at the Music Road Inn & Music Road Hotel that it is obligated to meet.  These are TSA’s official conference hotel properties and the only hotels used to house conference attendees.  For security, liability, communication and fiscal reasons, as well as convenience, TSA expects all conference attendees to stay at the Music Road Hotel & Music Road Inn properties for the duration of the conference unless the hotel sleeping room block has been sold out.  If the sleeping block is full an additional hotel adjacent to the conference site will be secured.  Those attending the conference are required to stay at the Music Road Inn & Music Road Hotels on the nights of 4/5, 4/6 and 4/7. 

 

Each hotel room has a refrigerator and microwave for the convenience of its guests.  There are also indoor and outdoor pools available in addition to two arcades on site.

 

The local Pigeon Forge trolley system runs continuously throughout the day at a stop located near the Music Road Hotel. 

 

A complimentary continental breakfast is offered at both properties each morning until approximately 10:30am.

 

Plenty of FREE parking is available at both hotels.  Please notify the hotel if you plan to park a bus for the duration of the conference.
